Lack of knowledge of the Terms of Service does not exempt you from complying with them.➤ ARTIST’S RIGHTS
• I retain all fundamental rights resulting from being the author of the work.
• Rejected WIPs may be reused by me after modification.
• One of the fundamental rights of the author is the prohibition of interference with the finished artwork.
• I forbid the use of my works in graphic generators (AI image generators).
• In the absence of detailed descriptions necessary for progress, I will fill in the missing information at my own discretion (this does not exclude approval of a given stage).
• Unclear or poor-quality references (e.g. low resolution, unreadable colors) may be a reason to terminate cooperation.➤ CLIENT’S RIGHTS• You may request that the work remain private. I will still remain the author, but I will not share it publicly; everything depends on prior agreement.
• You receive basic rights to the purchased work, i.e. non-profit use, sharing, and use as an avatar.
• You may request a change in the concept of the work (e.g. from halfbody to fullbody) as long as I have not started working on it.
• You have the right to make minor modifications to your character reference, provided you don't erase my signature.➤ GENERAL INFORMATION• Please do not spam me with “reminder” messages. I will inform you when I start working on your commission.
• Commissions intended for anything beyond non-profit use require special discussion and are associated with a significantly higher price.
• Program files (editable on the layer level) are stored by me for an indefinite period (as long as I have disk space). Any later changes are paid.
• Things such as AT are not standard commissions (they do not take a slot). If you are interested in such cooperation, please contact me.
• If you have any doubts or questions about something not listed here - ask.
• The smoother the communication, the better it is for both sides, in terms of time and service quality.➤ PAYMENT• Payment is expected upfront, before I start working on your commishion.
• By placing an order (reserving a slot), the only accepted form of compensation is money.
• If after work has started you propose, for example, an AT, be aware that it may result in termination of the current and/or future cooperation.
• I accept payments via PayPal, Revolut, and Blik.
• The transfer should be properly described (e.g. with your nickname). As the buyer, you are responsible for payment clarity.
• I do not issue refunds in case of cancellation, unless I haven't progressed past sketch phase or if the fault lies on my side (e.g. for health reasons). If it's the former then you get 70% of your money back, if it's the latter you get a full refund.
